Today: a daily Bible passage, meaning and prayer
One passage of Scripture each day, read whole. Then a short meaning, a prayer and a moment of thanks. A few minutes, morning or night.

How a day works
- Hear the passage. The whole passage, word for word, never cut down to a single line. Read it, or press play and listen.
- Understand it. A few plain sentences on what it meant then and what it can mean today.
- Pray it. A short prayer that prays the passage back to God, in your own name.
- Give thanks. One thing you are grateful for today, kept privately on your phone.
Made to keep, not to chase
Today follows the church year, from Advent to Easter to Pentecost, and no passage repeats within twelve months. Your total of practice days only ever goes up: a missed day never resets it, and there is nothing to buy to repair a streak.
If you choose, a gentle reminder brings today’s verse to your Lock Screen at the time you pick. Turn it off any time in Settings.
