How do I report a mistake?

Tell us through Support. We correct factual and Scripture errors quickly and date the change on the page.

Is the audio Bible free?

Yes. Reading and listening to the whole Bible is free in all three translations.

Why the Berean Standard Bible?

It is a clear, accurate modern translation that has been dedicated to the public domain, so everyone can read it freely. You can switch to the KJV or WEB at any time.

Which AI does Skies use?

Chat uses an OpenAI model, with automated checks that review answers. Your message is sent only after you give permission. How our AI works.

Can the AI be wrong?

Yes. That is why every answer shows its passages: read them in their chapter, and bring important questions to someone you trust in your church.

Is the sleep audio free?

One Sleep reading (Psalm 23) and one audio for worry are free. Skies Premium opens all twelve Sleep readings, the hour-long sessions, 60 guided prayers and the four series.

Are the voices real people?

Sleep readings, guided prayers and series use AI narration in two approved voices, labelled “AI narration” in the player. Bible chapters in the BSB are read by a human narrator, Bob Souer.

Are the prayers free?

Yes. The prayer library is free, and one personal prayer a day is free. Skies Premium adds 60 guided prayer recordings for morning and evening.

Is a real person writing my prayer?

No. Personal prayers are put together by the app from your answers, not by a person. Skies is designed not to impersonate a person, a pastor or God.

How long does Today take?

Most days take a few minutes: the passage, a short meaning, a prayer and a line of thanks. You can stop after the passage if that is all you have time for.

Is Today free?

Yes. Today’s daily practice is free, every day, for good.

What happens if I miss a day?

Nothing is lost. Your total of practice days never goes down, and you simply begin again with today’s passage.

What are the five parts of Skies?

Today (a daily passage, meaning, prayer and thanks), Bible (read the whole Bible in three translations, and hear every BSB chapter), Prayer (a prayer library and personal prayers), Chat (Bible questions answered with the passages shown) and Listen (sleep readings, guided prayers and guided series).

Does Skies work offline?

The Bible text works offline, and you can download audio to listen without a connection. Chat needs a connection.

What is Skies?

Skies is a Christian app for iPhone for daily Scripture, prayer and rest. Each day it brings one Bible passage with a short meaning and a prayer. You can read the whole Bible and listen to it in the BSB, pray with guided or personal prayers, ask Bible questions in Chat with the passages shown, and fall asleep to Scripture read aloud.

Is Skies free?

Yes. Today’s daily practice, the whole Bible in three translations, the prayer library, a personal prayer each day and two Chat answers a day are free for good. Skies Premium is optional and adds more Chat answers, the full Sleep library, 60 guided prayers, guided series and reading plans.

How much does Skies Premium cost?

$9.99 a month, charged when you subscribe, or $59.99 a year. A 7-day free trial is available on the yearly plan only if Apple confirms you are eligible. Apple shows your actual offer before you confirm. You pay through your Apple Account and can cancel in your iPhone settings at any time. There are no ads, weekly plans or lifetime upsells.

Can I trust the AI answers?

Chat shows the Bible passages behind every answer so you can read them yourself, and automated checks review answers. It can still make mistakes, so read the passage in its chapter. It is designed not to impersonate God, Jesus or a pastor, and it is not a substitute for your church or for professional help.

Is Skies Protestant or Catholic?

Skies is written from a Protestant (evangelical and nondenominational) point of view and rooted in the Apostles’ and Nicene Creeds. Catholic and Orthodox Christians are welcome; where traditions differ, the app says so plainly rather than taking sides on secondary questions.

Is Skies’s Chat a person?

No. Chat is AI, and it says so. It is designed not to impersonate a person, a pastor or God.

Does Skies train AI on my messages?

We don’t sell your messages or use them for advertising. How our AI provider handles requests is set out in the Privacy Policy.
